A&E Plumbing Contracting, Inc. is a commercial plumbing contractor serving clients throughout the DMV area.
We operate with a remote-first office structure, allowing our administrative and project teams to stay flexible, responsive, and closely connected to the needs of each project while our field teams remain focused on execution on site.
We specialize in commercial plumbing for new construction, renovations, replacements, and tenant improvement projects.
With experience across more than 1,000 commercial projects, we have worked in a wide range of markets, including restaurants, office spaces, retail, schools, entertainment venues, fitness facilities, hospitality, banks, supermarkets, senior living communities, medical facilities, and government buildings.
Our goal has always been simple: provide quality work, communicate effectively, stay dependable, meet project expectations, and be a strong partner throughout the entire job. We value accountability, responsiveness, teamwork, professionalism, and doing what we say we are going to do.
We understand that successful projects depend on more than just the work in the field. They depend on good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and trust. We work hard to be the kind of subcontractor our partners can rely on from the beginning of a project through completion.
OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
CARLOS LOPEZ
With more than 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry, my role is focused on the overall direction of A&E Plumbing, the quality of our work, and the performance of our field operations.
I remain closely involved with our projects, clients, and field leadership to help ensure that work is completed to the standards expected of our company. I work directly with our project managers, foremen, and supervisors to support strong leadership in the field, reinforce accountability, and maintain a consistent level of workmanship across our projects.
A significant part of my responsibility is ensuring that our field teams have the experience, training, and support necessary to perform their work safely, efficiently, and professionally. I also stay engaged with clients and project teams to help address challenges, support coordination, and maintain strong working relationships throughout the course of each project.
I place a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, leadership, accountability, professionalism, and follow-through. My goal is to ensure that A&E Plumbing continues to deliver dependable results while maintaining the standards and values on which the company has been built.
CARLA LOPEZ
My role is centered on supporting the overall operations of A&E Plumbing and helping ensure that our clients, projects, and internal teams remain aligned throughout the course of each project.
I work closely with our project management, field, and administrative teams to maintain clear communication, address issues proactively, and support the coordination needed to keep projects progressing efficiently. I also remain closely engaged with our clients to help ensure expectations are understood, commitments are met, and communication remains consistent from project start through completion.
A key part of my work is helping connect the operational, administrative, and project-related functions of the company so that our teams can work effectively and our clients receive the level of service they expect from A&E Plumbing.
I place a strong emphasis on professionalism, accountability,responsiveness,communication, and follow-through. My goal is to support the company in maintaining strong client relationships, reliable project execution, and the standards of quality and service that define our work.
TONY NOGUEIRA – CHIEF LEAD ESTIMATOR
With over 20 years of experience, my role as Chief Lead Estimator is to oversee our estimating department and manage projects from bid to award. A typical day for me includes reviewing project plans and specifications, evaluating alternative approaches to determine the most cost-effective solutions, and coordinating resources to ensure accurate and thorough estimates.
What sets me apart is my hands-on experience in the field. I’ve spent many years working alongside our President on projects, which has given me a deep understanding of how every piece of a job comes together. This experience allows me to anticipate potential challenges, account for every aspect of a proposal, and deliver precise, reliable numbers to our clients.
By working closely with the President, we combine our field knowledge and estimating expertise to ensure clients receive the most accurate numbers and a variety of options that meet both budget and project goals. Our shared experience allows us to provide estimates that are practical, comprehensive, and aligned with the realities of the job, helping every project start on the right track.
