OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
CARLOS LOPEZ – PRESIDENT
As President of the company, I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing trade. I make it a priority to be out in the field, meeting with clients and working alongside our team to ensure every project runs smoothly.
I’m deeply committed to each project we take on. That means not only being personally involved, but also ensuring our foremen and supervisors are well-trained, capable, and empowered to deliver the highest-quality work. My goal is to combine skilled craftsmanship with careful oversight so that every project we complete is both successful and beautifully executed, exceeding our clients’ expectations.
CARLA LOPEZ – VICE PRESIDENT
I serve as Vice President, where my focus is on making sure our clients and their projects are taken care of from start to finish. I oversee operations, support our field teams, and stay closely involved to ensure we’re delivering the highest level of service every step of the way. I work with my team daily to stay aligned, address challenges early, and keep projects moving efficiently.
I take pride in being hands-on and committed to the work. Whether it’s supporting the team in the field or helping develop the people around me, my goal is always the same—to deliver for our clients and make sure every project meets the standard we stand behind.
TONY NOGUEIRA – CHIEF LEAD ESTIMATOR
With over 20 years of experience, my role as Chief Lead Estimator is to oversee our estimating department and manage projects from bid to award. A typical day for me includes reviewing project plans and specifications, evaluating alternative approaches to determine the most cost-effective solutions, and coordinating resources to ensure accurate and thorough estimates.
What sets me apart is my hands-on experience in the field. I’ve spent many years working alongside our President on projects, which has given me a deep understanding of how every piece of a job comes together. This experience allows me to anticipate potential challenges, account for every aspect of a proposal, and deliver precise, reliable numbers to our clients.
By working closely with the President, we combine our field knowledge and estimating expertise to ensure clients receive the most accurate numbers and a variety of options that meet both budget and project goals. Our shared experience allows us to provide estimates that are practical, comprehensive, and aligned with the realities of the job, helping every project start on the right track.
